The End (of PASUM)

Well, one can argue that a year wont do much to oneself. A year is not enuf to change what you are, to make you differ from what you once, to change your view in some things, and changing you, if not completely, perhaps, some part of it.

I beg to differ.

It has been a restless year actually.

Time, no matter how short or long it is, plays significantly in my life (so are yours).

8 months in PASUM taught me a lot. Of friendship, of responsibility, of manhood and of course, of love. Sometimes (most of the time actually), i felt really bad for at first, chosen andsubsequently be happy to be offered the task of bein the Treasurer of both PASUM and KUAZ.

Well, on e might say that being a Treasurer is a relatively easy task ("Alahh.. Kutip duit jer."), but I did realise at that time (based on my experience), once you are elected, you wil be burdened with things that is not of your real job (for me, monetary) but of others simply coz "You're part of it". And from there, in a way or two, I was chosen to involve with other projects. Hell become loose..

Yeah, I can simply opt to quit, but one lucky afternoon, a former koleq mate said,"Fuqaha, I am proud Elly, Hood and you are among the JTKs". I was stucked, and from that momen, I know, I carry the Malay College name. Honestly, till this very second, I am still ashamed of myself. I shouldnt have wasted any sinle minute during th span of eight months by involving in any kind of activities that are not academic oriented. People might say that I'm bookworm, a nerd or so on, but Hell, it just for eight months, save the spirit for Faculty lah..
